"Intelligent storytelling ..."

L. M. Bryski
Author of The Book of Birds
My Story

For me, books answer questions. They do in my head, anyway. Or at least, the ones that I write do. And these are questions that have something, but not everything, to do with the journey of the main character of my stories.

Three things drive me. Good people, good questions, and a good story.

Which probably explains my arc in life. Ex-soldier. Ex-scientist. Kinda serial entrepreneur turned storysmith. Shy.

On a dare, I published my first novel in 2015. It touched on a theme of mental health and (of all things) superheroes and became so popular I qualified for membership in the Fantasy and Fiction Writers of America the following year. (Which is kinda strange seeing that I live Down Under.) Still, fingers crossed, the luck continues.

THE UNLUCKY 7

CHRONICLES

Seven goes deep undercover to take on the Cardinal. Simple. The Cardinal is only a hyped up alpha male with legions of men. Should be easy. After all, he brought along Two.

THE UNBECOMING OF

JONATHAN JONES

Shunned, isolated, and depressed. Not everyone wants to be a hero. Especially a super powered country boy who goes by the name of Jonathan.

LAST BREATH

Ambushed. No back up. No drive. Stuck in the Belt and seven days from the nearest safe haven with only five days of oxygen, Captain Kate Cooper has some tough choices ahead.

My Books

I am so happy to have discovered "JONATHAN JONES." It has revived in me a love of reading that I thought I'd lost. Thank you, BK Lyon.
